Returns
If your item arrives in unsuitable condition, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of the estimated latest delivery date. We will replace the item or provide a metro-commerce.shop voucher (excluding shipping).
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, please contact us: wjskwshop@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you shipping instructions for the return package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges
We understand that plans can change sometimes. Most laptops can be exchanged within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You can choose to exchange for a different style and color, and we will replace it with another item or a PaleSPM voucher (excluding shipping).
We hope you enjoy the items you purchase from independent artists. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can arrange an exchange or earn store points for you in the following situations:

In this case, no return label is needed. Simply prepare your email address, order number, and the style and/or size of the item you wish to exchange, and send your order to wjskwshop@gmail.com to request an exchange.
After submitting your application, please wait patiently—our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible and send a confirmation email.
To ensure you receive a full refund, please keep the item safe so we can verify more details. Please take photos of any problems and add them to your application. This will help our team streamline your process as much as possible!
metro-commerce.shop reserves the right to refuse exchanges, returns, or refunds, including but not limited to preventing fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. For returns exceeding 300,000 Nigerian Naira (before discount), we will charge a 20.00% restocking fee.
